Please state the product and specification, the quantity, the destination market and any packing or branding requirements. Target prices and delivery dates assist in preparing a firm offer. Correspondence is conducted in English, French and Arabic.
Our response
Enquiries are assigned to the responsible trading desk and acknowledged within one business day. Once the requirement is sufficiently defined, a firm offer is issued stating product, packing, price basis and delivery terms. Commitments are formalised by signed proforma invoice.
